The Division of Registrations is responsible for the licensing boards and programs that have been created by the Colorado Legislature to ensure a minimal level of competence of licensees and to protect the public. The Division provides public Protection through its regulation of over 265,000 licensees within more than 30 professions and occupations, including barber, cosmetologist, cosmetician/esthetician, hairstylist or manicurist.
